If he wanted shares post a mythical reverse split, he would have not done the CD and converted immediately at a higher price. Because he knows that an R/S is just a myth.
I guess my estimate of 2.4 billion outstanding was conservative and pretty close to reality. The accusations that I was making up numbers turned out to be false again.
My current calculations show that at least 271,000 of CDs are not yet 180 days old. Using the same formula I used in the past that 271,000 would equate to about 1.1 billion shares. With only 400 million remaining from the 3 billion authorized, where will those additional shares come from? I'll be waiting for an answer to that question.
