Hearsay? Word of advice. I wouldn't attempt to litigate on this board and I certainly wouldn't involve your attorney absent of disclosure personal opinion or not. This is a public company. Any mention of third party lawsuits and SEC action that results in a drop in share price absent of dilution is a class action waiting to happen. If there is something happening confidential or not, I'd keep it off this board. I am a shareholder and I will protect my investment vigorously.
