That Houston lawsuit settlement, we where told is under a confidential agreement. My attorney, who once worked for the SEC told us Love threaten the mans family. Its his personal opinion the SEC will review the fiasco with Love taking over THCB. Why does the finical, say that suit has kept them from raising money? Public company's get sued all the time. Normally the CEO doesn't threaten the people who sue them with violence.
