Your belief that "Market Makers had a right to undercut [your] bid" is absolutely incorrect, and I suggest you acquaint yourself with FINRA Rule 5310 regarding "Best Execution" practices and regulations. If you'd like more information, such as FINRA staff interpretation memos and regulatory actions, I'd be most happy to oblige.

Well, perhaps those evil Market Makers did you a favor... as there was yet ANOTHER golden opportunity to pick up some "bargain" shares today, with this POS down another 31%. However, the complete lack of volume suggests that nobody DID enter any bids at all - or perhaps those dastardly Market Makers were once again undercutting perfectly good public bids? Those rascals!!
