It's the Wild West on OTC, and they don't have to sell to the highest bidder. MMs can keep a sale in-house. That's how the OTC really works, and they undercut my bid that day 60% on SMKY for 100,000 shares. They also sold around 8,000 shares for .015. If you looked at LEVEL 2 at all that day, you would see that my bid stood there all day at .016. You can ask any brokerage, and they will tell you that you have no guarantee to get shares on the bid, just because you are the highest bid. Usually it happens, or you can get small partials, or nothing. Depends on the direction the MMs want to take a stock when events themselves are not taking them over. And every stock, for every situation is manipulated differently. You know the game is rigged for big money. But it still won't stop a good company on it's own, like SMKY to move higher , as they become larger and stronger, and express investor sentiment.
