I don't know where we really stand on new drillers and the delay, but I see some time to accumulate in the next 6 months at low prices.

Damn.
Was really hoping for a "gift" this June....sigh

HENC is in the process of revisiting drilling plans and has already begun contacting potential drillers.

So now both companies seeking operation plans? Makes no sense, they need to start by talking with each other.
