Harry you are correct. However, if there is an agreed contingency wherein Round Enterprises will not convert and instead the buyer will assume or pay all the company debt(~$42mil), that will lead to approx. $1.50 per share at the current OS of about 303.75 million shares. Right?.

They surely have the rights but when a trade sale happens the company has the right to settle the debt rather get it converted to shares and when debts of such high values are raised the companies always put such clauses,in any case the debt holder can not complaint or even think of converting if the money is kept on the table

I am trying to get some more information,I may be wrong correct me if I am wrong but I had the same experience when I was holding VKNG

One thing is for sure this company is completely out of the notice if big ticket guys just because it's Swiss or else just watch REPH PRAN PLX SGNL all these stocks on big exchanges are trading multi dollars even when they don't have a portfolio like MYMX
