I think you folks are off quite a bit. Round Enterprices owns most of this company. They have the right of conversion on outstanding loans to the tune of 456,632,133 shares, there are other conversions and stock options for another 50 mil shares. I think there are 900 mil authorized, all but about 100 mil is accounted for. So I figure at a 450 mil buyout the share price would be at about 0.56. Everyone would make a bunch of money at that price. This is all in the 10k. If I interpret this wrong please correct me.
I am long and strong on this company but also realistic.
