lakedweller2, don't waste too much energy eating crow. you made your decisions based on the info you had. and honestly, i also felt the KSWJ scam index was pushing upper limits. vis:
-- phone booth contact number
-- no office at list 387 Carl... address (my friend went there twice and couldn't find anyone at the site that even heard of KSW)
-- 3 CEO changes in six months
-- etc...
i held my 2m only because of the possible risk/reward ratio. ie: only $1200 bet, and possible huge upside if news (like today's) just happened to appear.
imo, the jury is still out on this one. ie: could still be a scam, and GA et alia feel they are safely hidden away in bolivia such that they can release a PR, milk some last money through dumping and disappear for good.
but i also have a hunch that this could be legit, just stewarded by inexperienced mgmt. if so, then ergom's involvement could right the ship and refit the sails for a real R&D phase.
time will tell. i'm holding all til it resolves.
