From the employee news letter of IDCC, June is split month, so get ready and have fun as we focus on health and happiness. We will have events on each Friday.

June 5 is banana split day. Louigie's old school ice cream parlor will cater an employee luncheon. Wear your baggy pants and prepare to feast.

June 12 is 7-10 split day at Bruno's Bowling Lanes. Any employee who picks up a 7-10 split will receive 100 shares of IDCC stock. The engineers are reminded not to use the 3 pound bowling balls developed in the silicon valley labs. We had to pay $10,000.00 to Bubba's Bowl last year for damage to the pins. Director Roath was very upset with us and chewed us out for engaging in corporate waste. Since many of us suffered from PTSD due to his chastisement, we have decided to provide unlimited pitchers of beer for all bowlers. Designated drivers will be available from Rich Tilden's driving school.

June 19 is break dance day and any employees performing splits while dancing will receive 5 shares of stock. Peggy Bonkowski our 5'1" 248 pound winner of the dance contest last year will be present, but will be unable to dance due to the limited duty restictions of her workers comp doctor. Personnel from the Shapiro Bone and Joint clinic will be on hand in case of an emergency. So grease those shoes and dance the night a way.

June 26 two lucky employees will attend a movie about sexual inventions provided to us over the years. We were given 8 tickets in a row behind MSFT/Nok at the giant 70 foot screen facility. We have given 6 tickets to Pee Wee Herman and his friends and 2 of you will also attend. Just remember to Split when Pee Wee and friends show their appreciation for the fine inventors portrayed in the movie.

Remember our goals are to have happy and healthy employees advancing the value for our shareholders.

The above is just a knee jerk reaction to your hunch.

Thanks Jim. IMO, I don't see any reason not to split the stock especially after some expected news on the arbitrations and legal decisions forthcoming. It might be more difficult to manipulate the shareprice with a bigger float.
