READ THE FILINGS it's right there in the 10Q for newbies who don't know how to read click on the 10Q, click on control F search "authorized" you will see share count above that you will see PREFERRED SHARES 10 MILLION ...NONE ISSUED, meaning ZERO PREFERRED SHARES, so if they want to increase the A\S or R\S they need to get approval from the shareholders.
Next the guy said no experienced trader is trading this, I laughed and my response?

Over 90% of the people out of the 60 million+ shares held by traders don't even post on IHUB (although I think they should). The kids can read the LIES spewed by these guys and not even THINK for themselves about the rationality of the statements. VGTL WILL BE A 2 CENT STOCK. SOMETHING HUGE IS BREWING. No one I know is selling this till at least a 200% gain. I think a 1000% gain from here is VERY LIKELY. I only have 1 post here but check the poststream on IHUB I am getting the word out. I currently hold 5.2 million shares Ciroc holds over 5 million, mturriso holds over 2.7 million, that's 13 million shares from just 3 people here on IHUB. ...out of 200 MILLION TOTAL SHARES IN THE WHOLE COMPANY. Now if I were to mention the shares that individuals outside of IHUB OWN, your jaw will drop. This is not one of those stinky pinkies with fake news every second, 3-5 billion A\S hiding behind the disguise as a MMJ, beverage, gold company etc. THIS IS A REAL COMPANY. ...TRADES IN THE OTCBX, WITH COMPANY PAID FREE L2, 52 WEEK HIGH 64 CENTS, ONLY 200 MILLION A\S, & NEWS AROUND THE CORNER.
