No it is not...but the point is an important one. Of the few that have gotten back to L2 with a 211 (about 5 or 6 in the last 8 years)...NONE has performed very well at all after that. There is not a single example of an "uplist" back to Pink or QB from a suspension to grey having done ANYTHING for the stock.
While that may be counter-intuitive and unattractive as a predictor to whatever the next stock to do it is, it is nevertheless fact.
