RJ--say you a CLO company, I come to you and ask for 48M$, I guarantee you that it will pay out DMRJ debt ( the number is likely higher but we use that), then we sell $50M shares at 98 cents and guarantee you that we will pay back 48M on close of the offering and if not, we offer you a million shares and warrants for another million. Of course timing is important so that happens when we know that the news flow is going to strong and positive, say just after another TSA shipment or something to that effect.

We pay out BAM from ongoing revenues.

I will guess, our little stock hits $5 about as fast as the painful lock on SP appreciation has been. And only a moron would dispute that there is a painful lock on SP appreciation. ( not saying that's you!)
