Thanks Buzz...at last, a suggestion.

But I'm still confused. Since they are losing millions, where else besides (selling a million shares to Buzz...lol) could they find the cash to pay interest and/or pay down the debt.

I think it's safe to assume that they have in the past and still are looking for a better deal than the 15% and 8 cent deal they have now. Obviously they haven't found it.
