I do have one question for Mr. Carrol - Why is the refinery struggling to improve the utilization rate beyond 70%?

Typo - the current utilization rate [U/R] of throughput is 78.7%.

The point is we're going backwards...one year ago it was 80.9% (which by itself is an industry laggard as compared to peers).

I would like to hear Mr. Carrol talk about why our U/R is so low ...and what they plan to do to get the refinery to 95%.
