Bwr I not a big fan of the word guillotine,sounds painful,what does it mean and if they haven't diluted in 3 months does it mean they will convert at these lower prices in your opinion. I can,t get my head totally around this note mechanism,and of course not knowing the terms doesn't help but what scares me is anything new as far as notes,logic would say convert low sell higher. What can you tell us bwr.tia.
