Hey while you are still around what do you think about SDS partners? Can it be possible that VLDI is already in the mix? I believe so did you read that press release? Hmmmmmmm! Your intellectual advisor!

My initial post which caused your informative and educational response was in regards to a new member questioning the validity of the claims and press releases.

My response was that by making false claims in order to entice/persuade one to give/invest money or property is a crime and catoragized under wire fraud. I know a bit about criminal investigations, and these types of schemes are being investigated/prosecuted. Bruce also has a law degree, and as an attorney, is familiar with business law. He has also had previous success business development and sales.

I also commented that the technological claims made are varafiable, regardless if anyone buys into the technology. As far as the company and product, I believe they are real, and very much needed. Now will it succeed, or be around a year for now, none of us know this, and invested knowing the risk. Far from naive my friend. Thanks for all the posts, gave me something interesting to read today. Go Ducks!

cadillac107... this is gambling for sure. So one should not use funds on this unless they are prepared to lose those funds. I've been doing penny stocks, technical analysis as well as fundamental analysis for many years. I never expose more than 5% of my account to penny stocks like this because you could lose it all. But as you say if one does their DD then the odds of success are higher than simply throwing the dice at a penny stock.

I'm a bit concerned though that VLDI has not tallied up any real customers (that I can tell) for sooooo many years. And the decision to not pursue patent rights concerns me too for fear that potential customers may shy away do that risk factor.

We'll see. This upcoming earnings report and management guidance should shed some more light.
