Where did he say there was a short position? He said there were "hundreds" of shareholders having issues. Not thousands. Not millions. HUNDREDS. At the current clip on the website of 6 mil per sharholder, we're talking maybe another billion shares at best.

His only reference to a possible short

There was evidence of billions of failed deliveries in this stock at the time the trading in this security was halted by the SEC

Billions, not tens of billions, or trillions, and

Consequently this office has documented complaints from hundreds of shareholders who have been attempting to obtain certs from their brokers since November of 2005 but have been unable to do so

hundreds of shareholder ain't gonna make a short with the count at 625 billion. You still need 10,000 shareholders just to hit the os at the current rate per shareholder.

Watch what happens next.

Gee Gumpy, the last hundred times you said that what happened next was absolutely nothing.

I'm going to go waaayyyyy out on a limb here and guess that is exactly what will happen again.

There is no short Gump. You were wrong. Admit it and move on.

Da Frizz is in print now that there IS a short position that we all knew from page one.

He's said that about 703 billion times. Now it's time for him to put his money where his mouth is, and he's still not ready for that.

Tell me, Gump: what's the Nasdaq expected to do in response to Frizzy's complaint? It's nothing but vague accusations. No names, no numbers. There's nothing whatsoever then can act on unless he gives them some hard facts.

In my view, he's just grandstanding.
