What bunk. He's playing to the politicians. If he really wanted action from the Nasdaq he'd simply have sent them a list of shareholders who were unable to get certs, along with the account data that would facilitate an investigation.

It is not the intention of the company to distribute Entourage stock to securities intermediaries and clearing houses for them to distribute the stock at their discretion.

Has it occurred to him that it's entirely possible that some of these "intermediaries" actually own CMKX stock? I'm sure they didn't want it, but since the stock traded up to the day of revocation, some must have been left holding the bag.

There was evidence of billions of failed deliveries in this stock at the time the trading in this security was halted by the SEC.

If he really wants to impress them, then he needs to offer proof. Proof he's had more than a year to produce. But we haven't seen that proof. What evidence we have seen indicates that there was no significant short position in CMKX at the end of April 2005. It's highly unlikely that anyone decided to short a few trillion shares thereafter.

But then Frizzy's NEVER understood the above, even though it appears that people have tried to explain it to him.

Same old, same old. Lots of hot air, no proof of anything at all. Stoecklein must be shaking his head.

gump. Did you see that company pr?
where they are notifying shareholders of the tricks Ameritrade is pulling in their effort to cancel shareholders holdings in the stock? Ameritrade is telling all shareholders of the stock that they must request certs within the next couple of weeks or Ameritrade will remove the shares from the accounts as "worthless securities". Hard to believe the audacity of Ameritrade. How do they get off acting like God? It's theft, plain and simple. We contract with them to hold our securities and they steal them.

There is evidence of potential appreciation of this Entourage stock.

Is Fizzle an attorney, or a carney who has watched too much Perry Mason?

"The Task Force has now received certs in the name of certain brokerage companies. Our investigation reveals a potentially huge naked short position in at least two of the very companies that have sent us certs. The certs sent to the Task Force by the brokers represent billions of shares of CMKM stock. It is not the intention of the company to distribute Entourage stock to securities intermediaries and clearing houses for them to distribute the stock at their discretion."

Now Fizzle is complaining about Brokers sending him billions of certs. LOL!

What's a "potentially huge naked short position"? Obviously, he doesn't have the evidence needed to take a stand on NSS. Could Fizzle be more vague? No specifics in the complaint-- no broker names and no share numbers. Was he worried about specific brokers suing him for defamation? What's the NASD supposed to do with this complaint? It doesn't name any names. How will the NASD "investigate"? LOL!
