#242108 RE: player1234 #242107

hi player,

not convinced. i seem to recall that sks once mentioned gm's name in the safe harbour, but i don't think he did so outside it. so these environmental discrepancies (aka whoops i mentioned the name of a secret customer while blithering to shareholders) occur.

i don't remember the announcement of many non-material orders by wave.

but they appear to be obliged to announce material orders through the 8k if they are not in the ordinary course of business. not naming the customer is the compromise in that scenario but not necessarily otherwise.

afw is plausibly the size of an axa order. if it isn't, i guess two large transactions are in play. so that would be encouraging news for wave.

one way or another, it looks like there's an unannounced 30,000 unit transaction with a customer identified as afw. prices attached. so my conclusion is that wave sometimes does not announce large, but non-material, transactions.

customer interests are my speculation as to the reason.

player, just to be sure, the orders shown on alea's post would not be related to the paid pilot for AXA since these are Safend products.

alea, I've not been able to find a match for the acronym AFW and AXA Financial World. I also haven't found any references to AXA Financial World per se. Do you have some links you could post?
