No, he stated he's not going to bite off more than he can chew. With a little funding they will take on large orders, but they already have some in the mean time. It's quite clear. Don't even know how you got that they're late on orders out of statement saying they wouldn't do too large of orders because they don't want to possibly be late on an order.

We do have existing purchase orders.

The one thing missing is working capital to take on significant orders. We don't want to take on a large order and not have the capital to make parts. Being late in deliveries would be disastrous. We are working on that issue by talking to potential investment partners and feel that we are moving toward selecting our partner or partners.
