Yes, I guess I just assumed that the press release was already drafted and would have been issued before the market opens. Will be interesting to see whether, in such press release, Mara expounds on the upcoming tire pressure monitoring trial on June 1. I don't think most on this board, let alone the investing public in general, recognize just how significant this trial could be for Mara if things go well (assuming that the parties don't settle on the courthouse steps which is a relatively common occurrence and thus not out of the realm of possibility here).
