From yesterdays call Doug said the news would be released in the morning but not necessarily premarket. If the deal just closed I can imagine it will take a little time to get it through legal. I really think that might be good news. Let those who were not happy with 50% revenue growth jump ship. Then when news comes out it can have a positive impact because those same people will be buying back in when they realize this is by far the best risk/reward IP play out there. Someone pointed out we could be at $20/share and still have a market cap under $300M. Amazing how undervalued we are.
