It may be a bit presumptuous to say this, but I think the market knows who Mr Darcy Klug is very well with his name and reputation - as a "company Doctor" credited with turning around multiple companies, in different fields as well - not just in one business sector only.
So, quite possibly, despite this board's best efforts to get the share price over once cent, maybe that's why MM's have been so keen to hold the price down in the short term.
Once news flow starts, I think they will release their hold on the share price.
I also believe once news flow does start - I can see some wild fluctuations in the share price coming daily - as MM's start fishing for your shares by looking at where people's stop losses are on the system then momentarily dropping the price down to that level to take out a fair few stop losses only to take the price back up as soon as they drop it - just to sell those same shares back to the holders at a higher price.
