If 3 years out the stock is $1.30 then its a fair deal. Performance based options are for a company thats got R&D and recurring revenues,This is still a 65 people company(maybe 100 by now) with savvy tech, high priced big wigs, that are getting paper for their efforts.I'd be amiss if they were paid in Cash, but not paper

As for tomorrow, I hope they get a nice 500 million dollar credit line. for a nice new line of 2008 strats.
