You are correct. Unless they show some kind of profit through operation in the first quarter. The odd of that happening are almost nil. Mike has lost any kind of trust with shareholders

Balance sheet stay horrible.

Beware if the S/A author starts pumping the derivative Gain again. And for newbie's, it's meaningless and only provides for non-operating paper GAAP gains as the stock goes down toward Zero.
