It looks like "Irons in the fire" turned out to be "out of the frying pan into the fire".
The timing of the 10Q seems to be suspect as it falls in line with what looks to be another failed attempt to merge with Shorai.
I don't think this company knows what they want to do. The KRAFTWERK crowd fund success shows that the interest in portable power generation to the micro-scale is a valid model, yet NEAH abandoned it.
They jumped on Drones and went nowhere.
Other Formic Acid company MVTG also seems to be in limbo.
Perhaps this is like the early 2000s and its too early for affordable Fuel Cells, certainly NEAH doesn't seem to have one for sale, cannot fill orders from 2014 and doesn't seem to have a clue as to how to market the idea.
We were hoping to see them merge and maybe finally begin to earn some revenue, but that seems to be out of their ability to accomplish.
IMHO this co is swirling down the drain.
