Morning Legal - Just been watching and read since about 8 this morning. Same daily games we have been experiencing. The stock wants to make a run up and the MM's just push in back down.

But at least this mornings PR is back to having some Real Meat in it. Hope they have learned their lesson about issuing Fluff PRs vs Real Business PRs as they have been doing.

And now the PR's are about income producing news (5 Concerts + Post Concert income opportunities) which is needed to prove that RMD can become a profitable company. The DVD Mag is coming to stores in July (4th).

I like the comment in yesterdays PR - RMD CEO Giorgio Costonis commented, "RHN and RMD are working diligently on becoming the most powerful multimedia conglomerate in the urban entertainment arena; we won't rest until that is the case. The collective RHN and RMD vision is here to stay while our primary objective at this point is to grow together symbiotically in an effort to grow and sustain the most efficient revenue mechanisms. It is imperative that everyone benefits from successful partnerships like this."

So I am hoping they start to release more news about the "several other monumental collaborative projects that are currently being developed and executed by RMD" as stated in yesterdays Fluff PR. The more news about Real Business (even if it is down the road) would still be good to let investors know how serious this RMD/RNN partnership is about generating income.

To bad the MoTV/RNN project in still months down the road, but not everything can happen all at once. Was wondering if anyone has heard about a potential start date for it?

But I can understand why many are not willing to get involved with this stock since the disaster last Thursday with the mass volume of shares purchased in the .005 -.006 range and then the MM's killed them by taking the the price back down to .0039, and down everyday since then.

Lets hope the Charts start to reflect the Business Plan and Profit activities that are starting to take place for RMD, but I have no idea how that may happen.

We also still need to find about possible dilution by RMD. I still have not heard back from my email requesting Name and Phone# of current company handling their stock.
