News, audit, financing coming in.

Previously you posted JV financing was complete. That's material news, and should've been announced the day it was completed.

How about skipping the "coming in" part? No reason why the BAYP scam management can't release material news they should've announced in the past by market close Friday. Give their loyal SHs a real treat, releasing a JV PR with JFK Terminal, stating the Form D financing is complete.

The alternative is to believe the financing rumor is bogus. Along with all the rest of the prior pump PRs.
