#93276 RE: BigBadWolf #93274

how long has it been on that audit...

Oh don't ya knows... they have to measure those oil reserves. No doubt abiding by Guide 7 standards. After all, wasn't the purpose of the audit(s) to be able to submit a Form 10?

One started out with audit plus Form 10, and now it has morphed into just an audit? Well, that's safe enough. Because if audits ever landed into something filed with the SEC like a Form 10, then that auditor better be accurate per the valuations of the so called "oil reserves". Somewhere I heard (yesterday) the M&K auditor had problems with such things in the past. Issuing an audit part of a Form 10 filing, and who knows, maybe it might spark the attention of the PCAOB. So yeah, it's probably best M&K sticks with a half-arse audit that never sees the inside of a SEC filing like a Form 10. Maybe if they call it something other than an audit, that would be best.
