Reading about a hero is no new topic to me.

Mrs Powers is one of the finest, most qualified, honest and generous person. And she is the CEO of Northwest bio.

Not many will offer a compassionate program in a few countries and will give the prepared vaccine when they actually don't qualify. This is generous. The results that are being seen are helping to advance the whole trial. This is brilliant. For science and for cancer patients.

Generous, qualified, honest. Having a vision. A long term vision. Such as our UK friend.

She saved DC-VAX in many brilliant ways.

The best CEO we could have wished.

And we have her! Go NWBO. GO LINDA.

I'm glad for you that you see everything that LP is doing as a positive thing. Is she a crook? No, she isn't. She is innocent til proven guilty. Is there a fine line between crooked financing and creative financing? Probably, and since she is a smart lawyer she will know how to stay on the legal side of that line. Does this mean there is no ethics violation? Government entities that use tax payer money gets criticized for no bid contracts given to related parties. Shouldn't the same criticism go to public companies that use investor money as well? Do I think her intentions are good? Yes, good for her mainly. She has set it up like iclight or Austin or JMLOGAN has stated so that no matter what happens to NWBO she still will win financially. She obviously will do better if the dcvaxL trial succeeds, but she will do fine even if it fails though she will get some headache with the aftermath. The same does not hold true for most longs here though if the trial fails. If pyrr is crtiicized for using puts to hedge his long bets, then LP should also get the same criticism for setting up this related party relationship w/ cognate to what seems to me as a tool for transferring nwbo assets through rather high expense charged to R&D. Tax payers get fleeced all the time by these type of transactions and so do investors as well. It is sad to see these same people who are getting fleeced state that it is okay and that those who do the fleecing is doing it w/ good intent. And I am not arguing that LP has brought NWBO this far when they were running out of money back in 2008, but I still say that she could also not charge so much for cognate services so that such a hint of any inappropriateness would not exist for me or anyone to criticize- especially after she publicly bragged about how low the COGS for dcvaxL was compared to Provenge.

On a side note,I believe LP at one point in the past also stated that they would shout out any good news from the rooftops. She tried that w/ Direct and controversy was the reward. Did she learn from that? Maybe, but I don't buy the premise that she is hiding any good news and waiting for the appropriate time to release them. Maybe I'll be proven wrong on May 30th and maybe great Direct data will be released. Also, she bragged about how enrollment was comparable to IMUC's awhile back, but if that ramp up in enrollment that she bragged about stayed the same or increased, then this trial even after the increase in size would have finished enrollment by now. But she hasn't made a peep concerning enrollment -because she has great news? At that virtual presentation that LP made recently, she CHOSE not to answer the many questions that was probably in que in front of her and cut short that Q&A portion. With IMUC, the 3 questions Mr. Andrew answered was probably the only three questions he got (and two of them were mine). So based on NWBO's lack of transparency (both good and bad), no news does NOT equate to good news.
