Jesus I don't see it that way at all. There actually has not been any dumping of shares at all since Feb. I don't know if your either being really negative or trying to get cheap shares. Current O/S is 143,157,837. Read the 14C filing. Furthermore it says there is no assurance that the extra A/S will be converted to common stock. It's all right in there. This scaring people is all smoke and mirrors. What we all need is just sales of LIBEs new product. Like Cmdr said if they were not actually selling a finished product, I would be concerned as well,but they are up and running.
