can drill a well and they don't need the operator's permission. Read the petroleum legislation.

I'm not saying it happened by any stretch but it is definitely possible. If it did happen....it was done in concert, IMO.

Not sure who died and made you dictator of the board. I expressed an hypothetical possibilby and prefaced it by acknowledging that it was a guess. Nothing more. Then I went on to say that it would give some value to the ideas expressed by OILY. Now, I don't usually perpetuate any rumors here and seldom post on comments made by others unless I believe them to be blatantly false or misleading. However, there is a contraversy that NO ONE on this board has been able to clear up. Namely OBO-2 or 3. So, speculation will continue until the issue is cleared up or our Company managment comes out with something (highly unlikely) to change the topic. One thing I guarantee...you coming here and basing my post will not change the topic.
