Strass give me a break, CVX is the operator, I doubt Xom will be allowed to drill on the block. when transocean wrote CVX/XOM mostly means XOm will drill in another block not the same block. Enough of the excessive speculative writing it only damages this board, you guys welcomed too many people. Interesting that many of you now say CVX leased it to XOM through aug most likely then they drilled a hole and maybe a test well then till next year that's if they leased it to XOM. and yes it give credence to the report that CVX will drill an exploratory well(not an appraisal or test well) next year. And if they did drill an appraisal well or a well named OBO two and came out with at least 150(probably 200ft) then it is better to forget about a lot of oily's posts.
