Are you not publicly scrutinizing their agreement in your post? Answer, yes you are. Are you also attempting to spread FUD? Answer, yes you are. They are not restricted from public scrutiny, they just aren't disclosed.

I understand that you are upset that you don't know the specifics of the contract between NWBO and Cognate, you are entitled to your opinion.
