They will have there confirmation by Monday next week. That is the last day for the 10k to be filed. So if they chose to wait that fine with me it not my cash. I will be buying all this week while the shares are cheep and available. It's going to be hard to get shares one the 10k comes out.

Tragically, I agree.

I said it before - the statements said here over and over again have graduated to RAW RAW as they have zero substantial evidence. I too own a bunch of shares, but without facts, what we have here is glorified story telling.

I'd like to see some facts in the near future.

When I spoke to Klug last week on Friday, when I said - "So you have until Friday of next week to file the 10K" he specifically stated that they had 15 clear days AFTER the NT 10K was filed.

As the 15th falls this weekend, they do in fact have till Monday, to post it.

Here's what might happen on Friday afternoon. If we see movement in the share price with a rise in volume, we will know that traders know that there is a filing in the system but they can't see what is in it so will start buying the stock.

It may of course be the case that IDNG are allowed to actually file it on the 15th day which means the weekend, or maybe even allowed to file it on Monday for immediate release.

As the 10K is late, I presume it has to be released to the market some time BEFORE (?) market close on Monday.
