This is a decent gamble at 0.1 admittedly. But the roi from these levels isn't worth the risk.

I foresee 30 - 40 cents upon a license. Being a spec play I couldn't in good concience buy in with such low ROI potential.

10 cents allows this to turn into a better gamble. Which is what this is.
