brown registered the A-D website, and he and charter have to be the mystery persons who renewed the name ADI as a DE corporation . . . ok, so it's not much movement, but it tells me the intent is to continue forward without any connection to the old radient lenders, debts, shareholders, or DBA . . .

i would go further to say ADI has BEEN SPUN OFF . . . a private DE corporation, with a website on the way . . .
