Radient is dead. No Restructure, no Merger.

The Radient/Provista LOI from 2010 is so outsdated that it's comical to even bring it up now. For one thing, the Radient and Provista CEO's who signed that LOI both left their respective companies.

The only good reason to discuss these old PR's from 2010 and 2011 is to laugh at how wrong they were.
