The last couple of years are disappointing, however things are beginning to take shape. The new lease is 2,100 sqft way more than what is needed.
They are setting up a model with all the options in imo.
This is the beginning forget the past.
WFA would not do business with anyone not completely dedicated and with a product that was in anyway a front or lacking profitability.
