First, MB was a paid consultant - not an employee. A lot easier to terminate the relationship.

Perhaps with Worsley having been on board for a while now, MB's role was viewed as redundant. When you are trying to use and conserve cash wisely, IMO it made sense for Peregrine and MB to part ways.

I agree PR. When I first read Mojojo's post about her no longer at Peregrine I immediately thought of the Jeff Masten situation. There were a number of scenarios posted by people trying to justify his departure. I even recall someone saying his father-in-law passed away so he was retiring. Then, when Masten popped up at another SoCal pharma it was suspicious.

I understand companies have turnover at all levels, but if Peregrine is on the cusp of something huge why would someone leave? Doesn't make sense.

Pheonix, Masten didn't leave suddenly. He departure has been announced and he staid with PPHM several weeks after and converted his options.

And they told us why Masten left (his wife needing/wanting to spend last years with her parents (in-laws) which apparently became Months because Masten now works at the other side of LA).

For Marry B the only thing we see is her no longer being on the web-side and her linked-in not being updated. So she either is still with PPHM but is no longer in the list of Top Dogs (can happen, certainly in the light of Worsley's arrival) or she left. And I think 'leave' may be a strange word in the case of MB because as far as I remembered she has been all the time that she worked for PPHM on the payroll of a European company too.

Well, I guess we actually don't know exactly but with all treatment censers being contacted and PPHM team taking them over for contracting, training, and running clinical trials the type of Bussiness Dev. she did may no longer be sufficient in volume to justify her 150K salary. But again ALL GUESSING and SPECULATION because for all we know she is just still there.

PS: Worsley was allowed to speak on the CC and that says a lot. I never heard MB. And Worsley was making progress with partner negotiations. Maybe they were put in competition.
