CP. i think thats pure conjecture as to why he left and do not believe that to be true. He is employed at another biotech in California. He could have stayed at pphm. Obviously made a decision to leave or was asked to leave.

With all due respect NOWHERE in my original post(my reply to The Other Guy) did I write "suddenly". Please do not post words that you may or may not ASSUME I meant. This response is exactly what I was referring to when I originally posted to TOG. CP - I don't believe Masten left by his own decision. The 2014 proxy stated that he left and exercised all of his vested options, over 379K, however, if you look at the 2013 proxy, he had no where near that many options vested. Allowing all his options to vest must have been part of a separation agreement.
