The cities are not regulating the grow. IMO LP's will end up the source of legal regulated weed for dispensaries.

MMPR has done more for cannibis in one year than MMAR has done in 10. In one year patient numbers almost surpass what it's taking mmar to do in 10 yrs. onward tweed grows!
