Accountablity suggests "medical" product will have to come from a medical source. which then brings the 80 dispenseries in line with the LP's with wholesale provisions and tens of thousands of patients. I do agree that the accessibility issue is prevalant with Mmar regulations becausesome doctors are fearful. On the other hand some dispensaries today are careless.
