I am on guard for a reverse split anyway. When I see a stock with this share structure, I always factor it in by figuring the price after the split when I buy in. It makes good normal sense to me even if it doesn't happen.

Can you point to a company that did a R/S and did not see a reduced Market capitalization within a year or less?

There May be some companies with earnings.

R/S is for the market makers, not the share holders.
