Sometimes the share structure demands it. In this case, dilution is completely causing a washout of the share structure; thus, a reverse split may be necessary. When that parachute is used, new investors will come to the aid of the company to begin anew. Remember the adage, "wash, rinse and repeat." We are in the washing cycle right now. Rinsing is next, in my view. It's just my opinion and no other source, but I think I am right.
