What happened at .0010/.0009 is now going on at .0008/.0007. Without proper support shorters are cleaning out the weak and taking control. They keep the ASK small so you can take only so many of the shares they already gained this morning. They're flipping straight profits. Place to enter is the ASK, when you bid you go behind them and they take it down after your bid is filled, if you take their shares on the ASK they will run out of shares. Otherwise they continue to gain; wise up longs.
