Thank you for your report, Lucky. When I read your post it seemed for me that they will actually miss the deadline. You said, that they are still building up the manufacturing-plant and they are still waiting for more equipment in the "next few weeks".
From your point of view, do you think they will hit the spring-deadline or are they really "on schedule"?
btw, did you ask Mario and/or Serge about the dilution?
