Ummmm... No. BCAP stands on its own. Unfortunately that doesn't help. No matter how you slice it BCAP will always be a shell scam until scammer Dwyer runs out of new "DD".
On October 13, 2014 the Company issued 15,000,000 shares of its common stock to Baron Capital in exchange for a reduction of $15,000 of its principal and an agreement to freeze the interest from accruing for 6 months from November 6, 2014. For the non math people, that means WOGI needs to hit $.001 to get its $15,000. (Currently $.0059)
Looks to me that Matt made a sound business decision in accepting 15,000,000 shares in lieu of $15,000 in payments. They are worth $112,500 right now (15,000,000 x $.0075).
