Yes it's a win win For Hoover what do that have to lose but it could be a big win for Capstone Let's just assume the new lighting products are a big hit. Right now Capstone's market cap is 16 Million at Ten cents is about 60 Million at Fifteen cents is around 90 Million. Hoover is a "Multi Billion dollar company What is 90 Million to them to take over a successful sales marketing company like Capstone that has built there new home products division. Will it happen?
